Founder and CEO Spencer Hill embodies authentic human connections and equity in action. From his own lived experience as a biracial Black man in the Pacific Northwest — growing up in a predominantly white community with oppressive systems — he has learned the importance of creating equitable spaces for all people systematically marginalized by our society. As a dedicated professional, as a father, and in every role he fills, the all-encompassing work of Spencer’s life has been to navigate a pathway through inequitable systems and structures to a place where he and his family and his community can thrive.
