Cheers to Two Years!

I blinked and realized that two years had passed since I stepped out in faith and started consulting full-time. I assume y’all already celebrated. I have been working so hard that I completely missed the invite 🫣🤦🏾‍♂️.

It was an incredible year, filled with many joys and lessons and challenges. I was fortunate to partner with so many amazing organizations doing the work within their community and making a huge difference.

I will have more in-depth thoughts to share about this journey soon, but for now, here are some highlights from the past year ⬇️⬇️⬇️

☄️ Partnered with nine organizations from diverse sectors;

☄️ Led repair and relationship-building work with high-powered external stakeholders;

☄️ Successfuly facilitated six DEI trainings tailored specifically to organizational need;

☄️ Led multiple internal DEI committees to hold accountable and push forward the work of equity in alignment with organizational strategic goals;

☄️ Filled two Interim Director of Program roles;

☄️ Restructured organization staff capacity/budgeting, positioning opportunity for future scaling;

☄️ Utilized data to pinpoint successes and opportunities within the current climate, and to develop road maps to strategically plan ahead.

I feel blessed to have teamed up with amazing, inspirational people. I look forward to what 2024 has lined up!
